Corinne & David - Married!
I met Corinne when she was one of my best friend's roommates. I'd always heard the best things about her and her then-boyfriend David...about how fun they were to hang out with, how intentional they were with their relationship, and how they were most definitely getting married someday. I was overjoyed when they contacted me to take pictures of their wedding. They made me feel right at home and like I was really a part of the wedding day, which always helps me get better pictures!! I was honored to photograph this couple because of their consistent efforts to make sure that their wedding day magnified Christ above all else. Combine that with just how much FUN they are and you have the makings of an awesome wedding day.
One little snapshot into their awesomeness: when David walked out into the ceremony, Corinne and the groomsmen had arranged for music from Star Wars to play as a surprise to him. It was hilarious to see his reaction and one of the best starts to a ceremony ever! I told my boyfriend about this and he literally got starry-eyed...and said the Imperial March is now going to be a must-have at his own wedding. *facepalm*
Another memorable and awesome moment: when several of the bride and groom's friends and family broke out into the "Thriller" dance, complete with zombie behavior. It was a surprise to Corinne and David and their reactions were hilarious!
Corinne and David, congratulations again. They had some pretty crazy misadventures once they left the reception, which David hilariously recounts on his blog here. (Side note: I love reading David's blog! He's very well-spoken. So check it out!) But as for their wedding, it was gorgeous and fun and wonderful and I was thankful to be a part of it. :)

Beautiful photographs. I worked with Corinne's mom when she was born. I made her christening dress, slip and bonnet (I'm not a seamstress, just enjoyed the project). She was a beautiful bride as was her family.
